Jean Terry is a partner at Louisville, Kentucky law firm Manion Stigger, LLP specializing in construction law. Before entering Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America, Ms. Terry previously worked as a civil engineer for a multinational design and construction firm. In addition to numerous projects as a civil engineer, her legal contributions include a chapter in the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Drainage Manual detailing Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control and is certified in the Fundamentals of Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
